3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1 Local Delivery (Within Tanzania)

  • All in-stock items are delivered within 2–3 business days.

3.2 International Delivery (From Dubai)

  • Products below 2kg: Estimated delivery in 5–10 days.

  • Products above 2kg: Shipped via sea cargo with an estimated delivery time of 45–60 days.


4. Customs & Duties

5. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
